Overview

The Forrest Yoga® Advanced Teacher Training (FYATT) is a 9-day teacher training (69.75 hours) appropriate for experienced teachers from other yoga schools and lineages and graduates of the Forrest Yoga® Foundation Teacher Training. The Advanced Training provides a path to learn and understand advanced Forrest Yoga® techniques including the art of sequencing, how to teach intermediate and advanced asana for different levels, and how to prioritize the needs of students with special needs and injuries.

This specific 9-Day FYATT is part of the Yoga Alliance registered 300-Hour Fresh Yoga Advanced Teacher Training. The 9-Day FYATT and additional weekend modules will be taught by Heidi Sormaz, Catherine Allen. Other instructors for this 300-Hour training include Lillee Chandra (Yoga Tune-Up) and Josh Summers (Yin Yoga).
