The Point
Learn how to practice resilience in an embodied and empowering way. Stress and conflict are inevitable, but we have agency in how we move through those circumstances…and how we center and balance ourselves. Without the centering and balancing, resilience is unsustainable.
The Process
Through meditation, Forrest Yoga, journaling, and discussion:
- Explore what is resilience.
- Know what impedes or supports resilience.
- Set boundaries and nourish yourself to avoid burnout.
- Practice what works for you to embody resilience.
The Culmination
On a foundation of…
- self-awareness
- self-knowledge
- curiosity
- empathy
…show up resiliently for yourself and others with skillful action.
