It is my life’s work to share the transformational teachings of the Forrest Yoga® system with you. I will teach you how to breathe, how to stand on your feet, how to stand on your hands, and much more. Most importantly, I will teach you how to practice yoga in a way that inspires you to live with more consciousness and connectedness. The way we live our lives shows up in the way we do our yoga poses. On the mat, you will break through the limits you have placed on yourself and discover new truths that will help you grow. Off the mat, you will be able to apply these discoveries to yourself and your relationships.
