For accommodations, you will stay in one of Blue Osa’s beautiful rooms – single, double, or triple (one bed per person). Each room has its own private bathroom. You can choose to room alone or with roommates.

Blue Osa is located about 8 miles (11 km) south of Puerto Jimenez on the Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica.
Most people fly to the Puerto Jimenez airport from the San Jose airport (SJO).

What does tuition cover?
Residential tuition is all-inclusive. It covers all your meals, yoga workshops and classes taught by Cat and Heidi, accommodations in a room with a bathroom, round-trip shuttle transfer from the Puerto Jimenez airport to Blue Osa on the 1st and 8th retreat day.
What are the meals like?
We have upgraded to a special high-protein meal menu from Blue Osa. Meat or fish and vegan options will be offered to all retreatants daily. The meal schedule is:

What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts 14:00 (2:00pm) on April 10. Checkout is 10:00am; everyone is required to vacate the property by 11:00am.
There will be a yoga class on April 10 and April 17.

What are accommodations like?
If you are in a shared room, you will be staying in a spacious and elegant room in one of Osa Blue’s rooms with an additional one or two roommates (one bed provided for each person). Each room has its own private bathroom. The types of beds in each room range from double bed to twin daybed to queen.
Can I stay an extra night?
Contact Blue Osa directly to arrange for extra nights before or after the retreat.
Can I smoke? Have a beer?
No smoking, recreational drugs, or alcohol on the retreat property during the event.
I am a beginner. Can I join?
Yes! All poses will be taught in a way that accessible to you, no matter what your experience or ability. This retreat attendance will be small. Heidi and Cat will offer individual guidance where needed and give hands on assists with your consent.
What yoga props should I bring?
Blue Osa provides yoga mats, blankets, straps, wood blocks, foam blocks, sandbags, and chairs. We recommend that you bring as many of your own props as you can for hygienic purposes and a couple blankets/body towels for sliding activities during the yoga classes.
Do I have to attend every yoga class?
Nope! This is your vacation. If you’d rather explore the land or book a spa session on a particular day or do something else, go for it.

This following cancellation/refund policy is strict, no exceptions.
*cancel by December 1, 2026: Full refund of monies less transaction fees and non-refundable deposit.
*cancel after December 1, 2026: No credit or refund. No exceptions.
*You are allowed to transfer your spot to someone you designate to replace you.
How to Pay
To hold your spot, you must pay a non-refundable deposit or full price.
Full balance is due by December 1, 2026 or when retreat sells out, whichever comes first.
