Overview The Forrest Yoga® Advanced Teacher Training (FYATT) is a 9-day teacher training (69.75 hours) appropriate for experienced teachers from other yoga schools and lineages and graduates of the Forrest Yoga® Foundation Teacher Training. These 4.5-hour morning intensives are part of the Forrest Yoga® Advanced Teacher Training, but you don't have to be a trainee to participate.
