Delight in a daily morning Forrest Yoga Intensive\, which includes an hour of ceremony and meditation followed by a sweaty\, energizing 2-hour yoga practice.  Afterwards\, apply the beauty of what you learn in the Forrest intensives to the rest of your day – that is your Practice. All these classes are online live taught by Heidi Sormaz and Catherine Allen. \nWHAT YOU GET \n\nDaily Online 45-minute Ceremony and Meditation\nDaily Online 2-Hour Forrest Yoga morning intensive taught by Heidi Sormaz and Cat Allen\nONLINE Intro to Forrest Yoga Workshops (June 13-14 and June 17-18)\n\nTEACHING SCHEDULE \n\nCat teaches on June 5\, 7\, 9\, 11\, 13\, 14\, 16\, 18\, 20\, 21\, 23\nHeidi teaches on June 6\, 8\, 10\, 12\, 15\, 17\, 19\, 22\, 24\, 25\, 26\n\nFAQs \n\nPRICE \nSingle: $25\nAll 22 Classes ($20 each): $440 \nPAYMENT\, REFUND\, & CANCELLATION POLICIES \n\n\n\nRefunds: NO refunds\, credits or transfers for cancellations\, no-shows\, technical difficulties\, or absences.\nDeadline to register for each morning intensive is by 8:00pm (Texas time) the evening prior.\nFor safety purposes\, you can be late for up to 15 minutes at the start of the morning intensive.
