Imagine yourself waking up to marvel at the sunrise (or sleep in!) and enjoying a light\, fresh breakfast. Delight in a daily morning Forrest Yoga Intensive\, which includes an hour of ceremony and meditation followed by a sweaty\, energizing 2-hour yoga practice. Afterwards\, connect with friends over a delicious lunch. In the afternoon\, you’re free to do whatever you want – read a book\, take a nap\, walk through the gorgeous land at Sunburst\, or explore the town of Lompoc. Apply the beauty of what you learn in the Forrest intensives to the rest of your day – that is your Practice. Return to Sunburst in time for a warm home-cooked dinner in community.
